Our team can help you with any of your New York State compliance needs. Your free support can be utilized within any of our service offerings (click the link below), and to the right are some of the most common ways we assist licensees.

  • Got a question where an answer isn’t clear from the OCM? We’ve most likely seen it before. Get straight answers on the regulations that matter to your operation.

  • Whether you’re a brand, cultivator, processor, distributor, or dispensary - we can help take on the stress of submitting your amendments, completing the licensing process, and navigating a renewal.

  • The OCM does not pre-approve labels or packaging for compliance and when an issue is identified - they often issue a recall. This can be incredibly costly and time consuming. We'll review your product packaging and labeling for compliance before it becomes a problem.

  • Have you gotten a notice from the OCM either randomly or following an inspection that you need to correct compliance violations? Growv’s team has handled hundreds of these responses, and will be able to guide you step-by-step in addressing the violation in way that results in minimal operational disruptions.

A Growv compliance expert will contact you, within three business days, via email to ask some preliminary questions and set up an intro call. If your need is extremely time sensitive (such as a 24-hour corrective action plan), select “My Issue is Urgent” on the form, and we will do our best to reach out quickly.


Receive the support you need.

Once we get started, our team will track time in 10 minute increments until your 90 minutes are used. You can choose to give us your billing info up-front in case you decide to use more than free 90 minutes, or make a decision then. If we solve your issue within 90 minutes - even better!

Why is Growv providing free support?

Good question! We know that compliance can be daunting, and expensive. Our mission is to help make compliance support accessible. We also know that problems can come when you least expect it, and hope to earn your long-term business.

What if my issue takes longer than 90-minutes?

Our team will be upfront with you in estimating how much time your issue may take. You will have the option to provide billing information at the start, and authorize our team to go over the 90-minute allotment, or choose to wait. Either way, we will provide you the same level of service!

Who’s eligible for the free compliance support?

  • Licensed New York operators

  • New customers of Growv’s

  • The point-of-contact must be someone who is authorized to represent the company such as the CEO, COO, Director of Compliance, Owner, etc.

What if my company has already claimed the free-compliance support?

The offer is only valid on a per company basis, meaning that once an authorized employee of the business uses the 90-minutes, the offer is no longer valid. Our team will be able to check to see if your company has claimed the offer, once you submit the form.

Can I use this for multiple issues?

A: Your free session covers one 90-minute block. Use that time however is most useful to you — whether that's one deep question or a quick review of a few items.

Is Growv able to physically come to my facility or store?

Yes! We are able to arrange an in-person audit or support. However, an on-location fee, travel time, and related expenses will apply outside of the 90-minutes of support. A member of our team will be able to discuss this option with you.
